AP Transport Learner's License (LLR) Application Form 2026: Andhra Pradesh government has introduced a digital portal to facilitate applications for Learner's Licenses (LLR) and Driving Licenses (DL). Individuals aged 16 and older may apply for a Motor Cycle Without Gear (MCWG) license. For non-transport vehicle categories, the applicant must be at least 18 years old. Those applying for transport category vehicles must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid non-transport license for a minimum of one year.

Under the Motor Vehicle Act of 1988, every driver is required to carry a valid Driving License issued by the appropriate authority to legally operate a motor vehicle on public roads.

Follow the steps below to submit your application for an AP Transport Learner's License online:

STEP 1: Navigate to the official portal at aptransport.org

STEP 2: On the home page, hover over the "License" menu and select the "Learner's License" option.

STEP 3: Direct Link - You will be redirected to the official service website at aprtacitizen.epragathi.org

STEP 4: Under the "License Section" in the header, select "Learner's License (LLR)" or Click Here. Review the instructions thoroughly and click the "Apply for Learner License" button located at the bottom.

STEP 5: Choose the appropriate service type: New LLR (for first-time applicants), LLR Retest (for those who failed previously), or LLR Endorsement (for existing license holders).

STEP 6: The online application form for a fresh Learner's License will appear on your screen.
