The Women Safety Reporting Portal (4S - Stay Safe Stay Smart), accessible at 4s4u.appolice.gov.in, has been introduced by the Andhra Pradesh administration. AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched this platform to safeguard women and minors from online harassment and cyber-related offenses. This digital initiative is a collaborative effort between the AP Police and the Crime Investigation Department (CID).
This dedicated portal serves as a central hub for reporting all varieties of cyber crime. It is the primary resource for addressing violence and harassment directed at women and children. During the inauguration, the CM highlighted that the website offers guidance on managing cyber threats, harassment, and other critical matters pertaining to women's protection.
The portal accepts reports regarding cyber awareness issues, including financial scams, employment fraud, matrimonial deception, guidance on secure social media usage, and educational resources on cyber security.
