Digital Download of Teaching Qualification Certificates: The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has launched the Online Teacher-Pupil Registration Management System (OTPRMS). Through this dedicated portal, individuals who have completed teacher training programs, such as B.El.Ed, D.El.Ed, B.Ed, and M.Ed, can now acquire their official certificates digitally. Candidates can secure their documents online within 3 to 5 business days by visiting ncte.gov.in/otprms. This initiative was introduced by the MHRD under the Central government.
Previously, teachers across the nation had to rely on manual verification procedures to validate their credentials for job applications. Now, applicants can obtain their certificates online for a nominal processing fee of Rs. 200 per document. Please note that the traditional offline method for obtaining certificates remains available alongside this new digital service provided by the NCTE.
Online Access to B.El.Ed / D.El.Ed / B.Ed / M.Ed Teaching Certificates
Follow the steps outlined below to successfully retrieve your B.El.Ed, D.El.Ed, B.Ed, or M.Ed certificates through the online system:
