The central government has introduced the Champions Portal at www.champions.gov.in specifically for MSMEs. This platform is a project by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to facilitate the CHAMPIONS Grievance Management System. Individuals and businesses can now submit their MSME-related complaints through the official online registration form to ensure their issues are resolved. This portal was established to create a unified, robust, and technology-oriented environment to support and foster the growth of Indian MSMEs.

CHAMPIONS stands for Creation and Harmonious Application of Modern Processes for Increasing the Output and National Strength. Launched by Nitin Gadkari, the Champions Grievance Management Service is fully operational online. The portal allows users to register, share or request ideas, monitor complaint status, and connect with control rooms for grievance resolution.

The Champions portal aims to scale up smaller enterprises by offering guidance, encouragement, and necessary support. Below is the guide on how to complete your MSME grievance registration through the Champions Portal.
