Delhi Government is now accepting online applications for the 2026 Chief Minister Advocates Welfare Scheme via cmaws.delhi.gov.in. The state administration has launched a digital registration platform for qualified legal professionals to access the benefits of the CM Advocates Welfare Scheme. All eligible lawyers are encouraged to apply online. Furthermore, the official portal provides a list of advocates whose credentials are yet to be verified by the Bar Council of Delhi.

Delhi Chief Minister Advocates Welfare Scheme New Advertisement

All legal practitioners enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and registered as voters in the NCT of Delhi are notified that the mandatory fresh registration process for the Chief Minister Advocates' Welfare Scheme has begun. This scheme provides a Group (Term) Life Insurance policy worth Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakh Rupees) and a Group Medi-Claim policy for the advocate, their spouse, and up to two dependent children (under 25 years) with a family floater cover of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakh Rupees), effective from 16.03.2023.

Interested advocates must complete their registration on the official website https://cmaws.delhi.gov.in/ within the specified timeframe.

Please note that even previously registered advocates whose insurance policies are currently active are required to re-register under the scheme.
