The Directorate introduced the dedicated eSampada Mobile App on December 25, 2020. Users can explore the features of the E-Sampada web platform and download the mobile app to manage services on the go. All stakeholders are advised to log in to the portal using their registered email or mobile number to access various government services.
The primary goal of the E-Sampada Portal and App is to enhance transparency and simplify administrative tasks for citizens. The Directorate of Estates, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), created this platform as a single-window solution. Services include managing over 100,000 government residential units, allocating office spaces across 28 cities, and facilitating the booking of 1,176 holiday home rooms and event venues, such as 5 Ashoka Road.

The central government launched the E-Sampada Portal on December 25, 2020, to coincide with Good Governance Day and the birth anniversary of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
