The Goa Employment Exchange has introduced an online registration system at goaonline.gov.in, moving away from the traditional manual registration method. This digital platform is designed to simplify the registration process for the youth of the state. Goa Employment Exchange Portal online registration and login services will also assist in building a comprehensive database of both employed and job-seeking residents in Goa. Additionally, the government has introduced the Labour and Employment Card (L&E Card).

Securing an L&E Card via the Goa Employment Exchange is now mandatory for all job seekers to be eligible for placements within government departments, quasi-government organizations, and statutory institutions like municipalities and panchayats.

Individuals already registered with the state exchange must update their records by registering online at goaonline.gov.in. It is also required for employers to ensure every member of their workforce is registered for the L&E Card.
