The Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Haryana Government, is running a Disability Pension Scheme for individuals with disabilities. Under this Viklang Pension Yojana 2026, eligible disabled residents of Haryana, with a disability of 60% or more and aged over 18, will receive a monthly pension of Rs. 2750 from April 1, 2023. This is an increase from the current amount of Rs. 2500, as announced in the Haryana Budget 2023-24. Residents of Haryana who have lived in the state for the past 3 years can now download the Handicapped Pension Form in PDF format. Additionally, individuals with disabilities can check their Disability Pension Status and view the Haryana Pension Beneficiary List on the official website socialjusticehry.gov.in.
The Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana and other Social Security Schemes, such as the Old Age Pension Scheme and Widow Pension Scheme, are fully managed by the state government. The total annual income from all sources for applicants must not exceed the minimum wage for unskilled labor as determined by the Labour Department.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18 years or older (Male/Female).
- Must be a domicile of Haryana and have resided in the state for the past 3 years at the time of application submission.
- The applicant's close relatives, such as parents or sons, are not providing support, and their own annual income from all sources does not exceed the minimum wage for unskilled labor, as notified by the Labour Department and updated annually.
- Disability level of 60% or more.
- Individuals suffering from blindness, low vision, leprosy (cured), hearing impairment, locomotor disability, mental retardation with an IQ not exceeding 50, or mental illness.
Benefits Provided
Rs. 2500/- per month (Rs. 2750/- effective from 1.04.2023)
