STEP 1: Access the official portal by visiting himpragati.nic.in
STEP 2: Once on the homepage, locate and click the "Private User Registration" button in the menu bar, or follow this direct link
STEP 3: Review the Instructions, then enter your "mobile number" to request an OTP for verification, as illustrated in the image below:

STEP 5: Provide the required details, including project sector, execution mode, description, site location, current status, and any other relevant information, while uploading the necessary
