The Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Board provides a sum of Rs. 51,000 as a Kanyadan grant to registered workers for their daughters' marriages. This assistance is available for up to three daughters per family. Please note that this benefit is strictly for the marriage of a daughter and does not apply to a son's wedding. This grant is provided in addition to the Rs. 50,000 support offered under the Haryana Labour Welfare Board Marriage Assistance Scheme.
The Board also offers a financial grant of Rs. 50,000 for the marriage of a registered worker's daughter, which requires a separate online application. Consequently, beneficiaries can receive a total of Rs. 1,01,000 (Rs. 51,000 from the Kanyadan Scheme plus Rs. 50,000 as marriage assistance) upon the marriage of their daughter.
