Borrowers have a 36-month (3-year) window to repay these interest-free loans, which includes an initial six-month moratorium period.

Execution of the CM Helping Hand Loan Scheme by Kudumbashree

Kudumbashree is currently managing the rollout of the Chief Minister's Sahayahastham interest-free loan initiative as directed by the Kerala government. Per the official guidelines, Kudumbashree NHGs are eligible for these interest-free loans. Following the receipt of the government directive, the Executive Director has established detailed operational procedures, and loan applications are now being processed through banks.
