The PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana enrollment form requires farmers to provide their date of birth, Aadhaar number, mobile number, email address, and other relevant information. Farmers aged 18 to 40 years are eligible to participate by paying a monthly premium. Depending on the entry age, premiums range from Rs. 55 to Rs. 200, with an option for automatic deduction directly from the farmer's PM Kisan Samman Nidhi bank account.
Farmers already enrolled in the quarterly income support program under the PM-KISAN scheme are the primary target audience for this dedicated pension initiative.
