Through this Chief Minister Seva Sankalp Helpline, residents can easily connect via their mobile phones to report issues directly to the CMO. Alongside this telephone service, the government has established the Mukhyamantri Seva Sankalp Yojana portal at cmsankalp.hp.gov.in, where users can register complaints and monitor their status online.

Upon calling 1100, representatives will assist callers and ensure their concerns are addressed. The call center will also conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback from citizens. The Himachal Pradesh state government has dedicated this 4-digit toll-free number (1100) specifically for the CM Seva Sankalp initiative. Furthermore, the official HP CM Seva Sankalp portal is now fully operational at the cmsankalp.hp.gov.in address.

This helpline is equipped to handle a significant volume of citizen calls to provide timely assistance. Previously, the government sought suggestions for the naming of the Himachal CM Helpline via cmhelpline.hp@gov.in. Former CM Jairam Thakur officially announced this service through his social media channels, confirming that the facility is now active.
