Every registered TB patient qualifies for benefits under the Nikshay Poshan Yojana. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare manages this initiative under the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme. Every TB patient receiving treatment in public or private facilities must be officially recorded on the Nikshay portal at nikshay.in by authorized personnel.

Patients are required to visit their treatment centers and provide the necessary personal details for database entry. Once information is linked to the portal, the healthcare facility manages the data updates and notifies patients of their enrollment status.

This process is facilitated via SMS or direct record access, provided the healthcare facility is active on the Nikshay portal. Payments follow the structured schedule outlined below.
