The Punjab E-Naksha, or Online Building Plan Approval System (OBPAS), is now live at enaksha.lgpunjab.gov.in. This digital municipal platform serves as a centralized hub where architects and residents can upload building designs and necessary paperwork for official approval. The system supports the requirements of 165 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and 27 Improvement Trusts across the state.
Citizens can now easily calculate map approval charges and secure building plan permits entirely online via the enaksha.lgpunjab.gov.in portal.
