About the Rail SAARTHI App

The Rail SAARTHI (Synergised Advanced Application Rail Travel Help and Information) app also focuses on passenger safety, specifically for women, while providing channels for complaints and suggestions. It serves as a centralized hub for train schedules, delays, and booking information.

Additionally, users can book flight tickets directly through the SAARTHI interface. Developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), this project was part of an integrated railway initiative proposed during the rail budget. The app further supports hotel and taxi bookings, alongside a dedicated feedback system.
