West Bengal state authorities are now accepting online applications for the Swapno Bhor Prakalpa Scheme 2026 via www.pbssd.gov.in. This initiative is designed to offer employment-focused vocational training to beneficiaries of the Kanyashree Prakalpa. Under this program, K2-level Kanyashree participants who have reached 18 years of age are eligible to receive technical skill training. The government's primary Kanyashree Prakalpa initiative is currently being expanded to create better career pathways for young women.
WB Swapno Bhor Prakalpa Scheme 2026
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee introduced the Swapno Bhor Prakalpa to provide job-ready training to eligible women. According to the Department of Women & Social Welfare, the state government will roll out this initiative specifically for Kanyashree beneficiaries. Training will be conducted in partnership with the Technical Education, Training & Skill Development (TET&SD) department.
Swapno Bhor Registration for Kanyashree Girls
"Swapno Bhor" serves as a convergence platform for the skill development of Kanyashree girls, offering them the knowledge and expertise required for financial independence through the state's Utkarsh Bangla program. Kanyashree participants receive priority access to skill-based courses under Utkarsh Bangla. Follow the steps below to register for the program:
