The Telangana administration, under the leadership of CM K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR), has introduced updated 2026 guidelines for Sada Bainama registrations. These latest directives govern the application and regularization process for agricultural land transactions recorded on plain paper within rural districts. This guide explains the straightforward procedure for obtaining the Telangana Sada Bainama application form in the Telugu language.
Previously, the state government launched the Telangana Layout Regularization Scheme, which accepted submissions via the lrs.telangana.gov.in portal, though that site is currently inactive. Registrations for Sada Bainama agricultural lands are presently being managed through the Dharani Portal.
