Uttar Pradesh Status Certificate (Haisiyat Praman Patra): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has introduced an online portal for UP Haisiyat Praman Patra at edistrict.up.gov.in for residents of Uttar Pradesh. The state government now accepts online applications for this status certificate through the official e-District portal or the Revenue Department's website. The application fee is set at Rs. 100 plus service charges, with a rate of Rs. 120 at Jan Seva Kendras and Rs. 110 when applying via the citizen portal.
The UP government aims to process all status certificate applications within 30 days to ensure administrative transparency. Property valuations for an individual can be verified by a "Private Valuer" certified by the Income Tax (IT) department. Any citizen requiring official documentation of their total net worth can apply for this certificate online.

STEP 2: On the homepage, select the "Citizen Login" link or go directly to https://esathi.up.gov.in/citizenservices/login/login.aspx to access the UP e-services portal login page.
STEP 3: Click on the "New User Registration - नवीन उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण?" link to open the registration form for the UP status certificate.
