The Uttar Pradesh government unveiled its annual state budget with a primary focus on curbing unemployment. To achieve this, the administration introduced three youth-oriented initiatives: the Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan (YUVA Hub), the Kaushal Satrang Scheme, and the Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). These programs are designed to boost job prospects by providing unemployed youth with professional training and placement opportunities.
Job seekers can now benefit from the UP YUVA Hub Yojana and CMAPS. Through the Yuva Hub initiative, the government aims to establish dedicated hubs in every district to foster self-reliance among the youth. These centers will assist individuals in securing employment aligned with their educational backgrounds. Furthermore, the UP Kaushal Satrang Yojana 2026 serves as a skill-building program aimed at training 2.37 lakh citizens.
The CMAPS initiative focuses on providing internships and training to equip youth with industry-relevant skills, with the ultimate goal of lowering the state's unemployment rate. These programs were originally announced during the presentation of the UP Budget 2020-2021 in the state assembly on February 18, 2020.
Uttar Pradesh YUVA Hub Yojana 2026 - Youth Entrepreneurship Development Campaign
The Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan (Yuva Hub), Kaushal Satrang, and the CM Apprentice Promotion Scheme are set to empower youth and promote self-sufficiency. The UP Yuva Hub Yojana aims to provide job opportunities to lakhs of trained individuals across the state. Plans include setting up a Yuva Hub in every district with a proposed budget of Rs. 50 crore, targeting the training of 2 lakh youth through the UP Skill Development Mission.
The state government has allocated Rs. 100 crore for the CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). This internship initiative provides on-the-job training within MSME units, linking participants to fixed-term employment. In addition to training, participants will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 2,500.
The stipend funding is shared: the central government contributes Rs. 1,500, the state government provides Rs. 1,000, and the remaining portion is covered by the participating industry.
यूपी युवा हब योजना - युवा उद्यमिता विकास अभियान in Hindi
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने 18 फरवरी 2020 को यूपी बजट 2020-2021 विधानसभा में पेश किया। इस बजट में कुछ नई योजनाएँ जैसे की युवा हब योजना, तलाकशुदा महिला पेंशन के बारे में घोषणा करी गई है। युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान कराना इस सरकारी योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य है. युवाओं के लिए बजट में एक अन्य स्कीम को भी जगह दी गई है मुख्यमंत्री प्रशिक्षु प्रोत्साहन योजना जिसके तहत ट्रेनिंग करने वाले प्रत्येक युवा को 2,500 रुपए प्रतिमाह मिलेंगे। युवा हब का एक उद्देश्य युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण के बाद नौकरी प्राप्त करने में सक्षम बनाएगा।
एक महिला के लिए विधवा होने के बाद किसी भी तरह की आय का साधन नहीं होता है जिसकी पूर्ति के लिए इस बजट में अलग से ऐसी महिलाओं के लिए सीएम तलाकशुदा महिला पेंशन स्कीम की भी घोषणा करी गई है। जिसमें उन्हे हर माह 500 रुपए सहायता राशि दी जाएगी। इसके साथ निराश्रित महिला पेंशन योजना जो पहले से प्रदेश में चल रही है जारी रहेगी।
उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा में पास हुए बजट में सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ जी ने किसानों के लिए भी मुख्यमंत्री किसान दुर्घटना योजना के बारे में बताया जिसको राज्य में लॉन्च किया जाएगा। उत्तर प्रदेश बजट 2020-2021 में घोषित यूपी युवा हब योजना और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं की सूची इस प्रकार है:-
