YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2026
- Yeida Plot Scheme involves allotment of residential plots in Sector 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22D.
- There are 477 total plots including 370 for general, 84 for farmers and 23 for functional industry / institutional commercial units category.
- 326 plots are on offer in sector 16 location while 151 flats are in sector 17, 18, 20 and 22D.
- Park facing, corner, width of road more than 18m, green belt location charges will be 5% of premium.
- Rate of land in residential plot under Yeida Residential Plot Scheme is 18510 per sq.mtr.
- All payments shall be made in favour of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority in the form of NEFT / RTGS.
