YSR Jala Kala Program 2026 Online Application
As India relies heavily on agriculture, farmers depend primarily on groundwater for their crops. Due to population growth, land fragmentation, and urban expansion, deeper borewells have become necessary for irrigation. However, many farmers struggle to access these benefits due to the high installation costs.
In response, the Andhra Pradesh government initiated the provision of free borewells for farmers through the AP YSR Jala Kala Program. Eligible farmers or groups holding between 2.5 and 5 acres could previously apply online or via village secretariats. Below is the historical process for applying to the AP YSR Jalakala Program 2026.
