The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) in Patna has launched the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS). This platform allows students who have completed their Intermediate (12th grade) examinations to apply for undergraduate (BA, B.Sc, B.Com) admissions in 10 universities across Bihar. A single Common Application Form is used for admission to these degree colleges. Interested candidates can submit the Bihar Degree College Admission 2026 Online Application Form on the ofssbihar.org website.
Students can also complete the Common Application Form through Sahaj Vasudha Kendras and District Registration cum Counseling Centers (DRCC). All applicants can now apply online for admission to Degree / Graduation colleges via the BSEB's official portal, Vasudha Kendras, or DRCCs.
Recently, BSEB introduced the portal.ofssbihar.org to facilitate online applications for Intermediate (Class 12th) pass students seeking admission to degree colleges. This initiative allows 12th-grade graduates to apply to their preferred universities from home, eliminating the need for physical visits.
